    Kathy!! This is the reigning Queen of the 6:15! Kathy is as reliable, thoughtful, humble, and hard working a person you’ll run across. She is the gold standard of consistency and it ain’t 6:15 till she hits the floor😊 Keep doing the dang thing girlfriend!

    Oh my gracious, this lady is so awesome! Kathy is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and she just happens to be a CrossFit stud muffin! Watching her grow as an athlete over the years has been nothing but a pleasure, only to be outmatched by getting to know her as a person. It’s always a great way to close out the day with Kathy at the 615 😁
