    Look at Karen! CFHSV legend! She can do it all and has been doing for a long time at CFHSV. Karen is a great example of consistency in training and an even better example of how to treat your fellow classmates. She’s been making the gym a better place for a long time 😊

    Karen flying high and showing off those gymnastics skills! This woman has been setting the bar high at CFHSV for as long as I can remember. Pretty sure Karen was the first female athlete to be capable of doing pull-ups in a workout at CFHSV….now that’s pretty cool 😎
