Min 2= 2 HSPUs or Dips or Push-Ups
Min 3= 3 HSPUs or Dips or Push-Ups

Min4 = 4 HSPUs or Dips or Push-Ups

Min 5= 5 HSPUs or 5 Dips or 5 Push-Ups

Min 6-7-8-9-10-11-12

**Once you Fail or Fall Behind on One Move (HSPU,Dip,PU); Switch to the next.  Try to last the whole 12min! If you can’t, sit out a min or two and get back in.**
