E6MOM for 5 TEST Events

800m Sprint/Run for time
1000m Row for time
75 Goblet Squats  32/24 or 24/16 or 20/12 for time
100 Kettlebell Swings   32/24 or 24/16 or 20/12 for time

75 Burpees to a plate

*Athletes Choice on Order, but all Must be completed – if not completed in 6min time cap/E6MOM annotate reps and move directly into next event. Each event starts at 6min.

 

***Score is finish time for each event or max reps in 6min time cap

 

 

REMINDER: TWO classes only — 915AM and 1030AM. We WILL have childcare starting at 9AM.

  1. I’ve just canceled my 1030 spot if anyone wants to grab it. This post holiday bod is screaming “rest” and can’t fathom the word “sprint” right now.🤣 It’s rare that I cherry pick but i’m gonna do it and own it!🍒 See you folks Thursday! 👊👊

    800m run: 4:39
    75 Goblet Squats: 4:16 @ 24kg
    1000m Row: 4:47
    75 burpees: 5:41

    KBS = 5:11 ( 32kg )
    800m Run = 5:09
    Goblet Squats = 3:51
    1000m Row = 3:50
    Burpees = 5:35

    Run = 4:15
    Goblet Squats = 4:15
    Row = 4:14
    Burpees = 4:57
