    Jay N has been putting in work at CFHSV for a long time and it started with good form and technique. Jay still displays that technique with a consistent work ethic in the gym. He’s as steady as they come! Keep up the consistent work dude!

      Thanks N8! I have always valued my form over pushing myself with heavier weight … at my age I can’t afford to get crazy and blow something.
