    Dude is so bad and nice at the same time it’s scary! Brady is the real deal in and out of the gym. One of many gentle giants at CFHSV that treats people like gold while treating WODs like the enemy. He’s as well versed in strength and skill as a super hero for sure. You rock buddy!

    Brady has been throwing down at CFHSV for as long as I can remember, and if there’s one thing this guy is, it’s consistent. Consistent in the training he puts in, consistent in the effort he puts out, and consistent in the positive, friendly way he always carries himself. He’s often the first one to walk through the door for 5am, and it’s a great way to start the day 😊 Way to be, Brady!

    Brady walked in the door at CFHSV years ago then right away had major back surgery. He was not in shape and had a lot of issues. We all sort of stood back and waited to see what would happen…..years later…BATMAN!..who knew?
