Core & Grip Development

1min L-sit Hang from Bar
100m Plate/Pinch Grip Carry Use a tough weight

1min Fingertip High Plank Hold
200m Farmers Walk with Dumbbells or KettleBells (use a heavy weight)

    I think this is a good portrait of how we all feel after Monday and Tuesday. Hang in there CFHSV because Wednesday we get to pick up heavy stuff and we’ll all feel better and stronger. Bring it on animals!!
