Thursday: closed

Friday: 915am & 1030am only (no childcare)

Saturday: 9AM Annual Iron Bowl WOD! (childcare starting at 830am, all other classes canceled)

Sunday: back to regular schedule

    Dang Joel! Looking swole buddy! Joel took the 101 and told us wouldn’t be joining the gym cause he was going to do this in his own. He ain’t left yet!! Joel is as determined an athlete we’ve had join the gym and as kind a person we’ve had join the gym. That’s a great combo. Glad you stayed with us buddy!!
