E4MOM x 6 sets/24min Same weight on Back and Front Squats
Set 1 = Row 200m & 10 Back Squats
Set 2 = Run 200m & 10 Front Squats
Set 3 = 10 Back Squats & Row 200m
Set 4 = 10 Front Squats & Run 200m
Set 5 = Row 200m & 10 Back Squats
Set 6 = Run 200m & 10 Front Squats
**Athlete can start with Run and FS or Row
and BS. Bar is on floor**

      8 minute AMRAP of:
-13 Deadlifts 185/125   RX+ 205/135   MRX 135/95
-13 Wallballs 20/14lbs 10/9′   MRX 20/10 9′
