Our yoga classes

Increase flexibility and build strength through a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, and leave feeling centered and calm.  Our one hour classes follow a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses, focusing on controlled breathing and concentration.  Set to music, this class provides a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Getting Started
Our Yoga classes are held weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm.
Even if you don’t do CrossFit with us, you can come try a yoga class, so if you are interested please shoot us an email!
