Happy to have back to back PR days, but was really pushing for a sub-20 and another 5 points but body was not responding, I think 4 days in a row has taken its toll. Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.
Why is it that now, every time I see a pic with a KB, my brain goes back to the “Nutts” pic with the two KBs? I think that means I’m a bit of a pervert… 😉 My poor, unborn child!
3 min or so slower than my pr but felt good to be knocking out a tough workout with the 7. The 6 am class is looking very tough especially since they stole Justin from our class.
Just wanted to let everyone know that I’m pulling a small camper to the Faction Games, and I will be bringing it to the venue each day. I’m planning on running a generator to keep the AC going in it. Everyone is welcome to come cool off between events. I’m sure we can make enough room.

Just over 10 min for the pullups. Pushups ended up at 5 at a time. Situps unbroken. Small break in squats at 50, but I HAD to finish before the cut off so I just kept going.
