10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Mary
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    I was wondering if any CF ladies would like to have a workout clothing swap…one Sat. soon??? ONLY gently used or new items.
    I have done this in the past and everyone leaves happy and the rest can go to Goodwill.
    Im nesting at the moment(cleaning drawers)…and have a ton of workout clothes that someone might enjoy.

    Only about a round and a half off my PR but considering this was done the day after Angie and on very little sleep I’ll take it. Had to workout in a Globo gym down in Auburn, the hip hop techno music playing in the background made me want to shoot someone. I got a few ugly looks from some of the trainers as I was doing my butterfly kip so that made it all worth it.

    Just saw a post for a 43 round Cindy! Is it just me or is that completely impossible regardless of you fitness level?

    I could easily get 43 rounds if no one was holding me to range of motion standards.

    So I think the examples of WOD choice shown by Russell and Justin provide evidence that CF not only increases fitness levels, but it also increases one’s ability to see the future.

    First time to try Mary. Pistols were tough. My right knee sounded even worse than usual.
