4:42 dropped about 5 mins off of my last time. Getting tired of workouts that make me bleed. Thats two this week.

Is the workout with power cleans or squat cleans?
cleans. No squat required but feel free to make it a beefcake WOD
6:47 PR +3:13 minutes. Tweaked the back a slight bit, didn’t feel bad at all during but the day after has put me out. Going to take a few to recover.
12:24. Used 115# and still really having to work on my snatch form. Ring dips improving, though. Also, I shared the bar, AND Russell made me do three more snatches on first round ’cause my form sucked. Gettin’ better though.
