cleans. No squat required but feel free to make it a beefcake WOD
6:47 PR +3:13 minutes. Tweaked the back a slight bit, didn’t feel bad at all during but the day after has put me out. Going to take a few to recover.
12:24. Used 115# and still really having to work on my snatch form. Ring dips improving, though. Also, I shared the bar, AND Russell made me do three more snatches on first round ’cause my form sucked. Gettin’ better though.
