    The live feed for this weekend should be awesome! Lists of opportunities for instant replay and commentary from great coaches. A good opportunity to learn more bout the lifts!

    Emily, what kind of liquid fish oil do you use/where do you get it? Oh and I just asked our IT guy about Firefox and he mumbled something about “standard across the board” lol and then I asked him when we will get IE 8 and he said when IE 10 comes out…maybe you could sweet talk him for me cause I definitely didn’t get anywhere…hahaha

      I get it at Earth Fare. I can’t remember the name of it but it is the only liquid one they have I believe. It is pretty potent stuff. I only have to do 5 teaspoons a day and I have yet to get any fish burps or anything. It doesn’t taste bad either.

      I keep it in my fridge at work which has completely grossed out my coworkers. Between that and the bloody blisters they think I am a freak of nature.

      and you need to brush up on your sweet talking skillz!

      Sweet…I wouldn’t mind grossing out my coworkers…lol. If ya can’t sweet talk, might as well do the opposite!

    Lots of lower back pain from round 4 on. Had to break the deadlifts into sets of 5. Pushups 10-5 from round 3 on.

    19:28 scaled to 95#/10 reps, after round 5, scaled pushups too.

    Felt good to get a good back workout, and looking forward to the kettle bell workshop tomorrow for more lower back strengthening!

      My stream is stop and go, but it’s working. It looks like Russell goes at 10am, so does Spealler. What or who is Angry Goat Athletics?

    Scaled DL weight to 85#, and got through 7.5 rounds. I should have scaled the push-up reps, but I wanted to fight through it. I’m just adding to my personal goals…

    scaled reps to 10 for both DL @ 135# 12:26

    push-ups died around round 6 and broke down to sets of 3 then 2 by 8.

    Worked out w/ the Ghetto Fab Friday 5:30 crew. Lots of fun! Scaled DLs to 55# and finished 9 rounds @ the 20 min cutoff.

    17:01 w/ 115# & abmat situps instead of pushups…something going on in the deltoid attachment region that just said “No!” to pushups today.

    12:21 rx’ed-First time doing this.
    In round 10, I finally sped through my DLs and realized that I could’ve made up some time there. That’s probably how I should’ve been moving every round.
    I felt like ‘slow’ and steady was the way to go. Wrong again.

    Saw Chris from the Hockey team tonight at Jason’s Deli.
    He told me to tell everyone hi, since he’s now working out only with the team.

    I think he misses being in regular class vs. with the team.

      nope. he is in his element with those hockey guys. Balls to the walls every time. No scaling or excuses…he has to push harder to win with them.

    Rx 14:24, goal was 1 min a round as long as possible. 5 rounds in 5 min, then the wheels fell off.

    the lack of sleep this week has been getting to me….but I also spent too much time resting on the ground and cussing those push-ups. I tried to focus on better push-ups…..way less worm this time.
