    Giving Larry some props for fighting through the last rep at 150. It could have been easily dumped but he fought through and nailed it. Proud of my bro!

    Wanted to make the 0700 class but I couldn’t get out of the hospital until 0705. Didn’t want Russell to yell at me…So came home and slept instead.
    Finally got my KBs (ordered from GarageGym in Feb), now I can be a KB swinging, Turkish Getupin’ Fool.

    Ran 5.1 miles (north and south loop on the mountain). Yes. I know. I really shouldn’t while doing PT on my knee… But my shoulder hurts worse and I had to do something.

    last 3 miles were 9:40, 8:49, 7:45 *on trails*.

    OHS 65-75-85-95-105. Learning this lift. Significant stability issues. My shoulders feel like they’ve been hammered. Need some shoulder flexibility improvement.
