10:26 (150 SU, 15 8#). Small classes are fun – good work Mandee!
13:20 – scaled to a 14# ball on the 2 for 1s. Not a big fan of those, especially after getting hit in the face. Getting better at double unders, though, so that’s a plus.

Had to scale to single under and normal wallballs with 5kg ball (biggest available at my location; won’t even post the time. Spent another 30min practicing the two movements. Plenty of welts from the rope to show for the double-unders; just doing fast-fast-fast squats to perhaps one day be able to do a 2-fer-1, still working to get my hips explode open fast enough (w/o the ball smashing me in the face!)
