10 Push-ups

    I think I started off a little too fast. I feel like I should have made it through a couple more rounds

    Opposite of Justing, I think I probably started off a little slow on the PS to make sure form was proper. Still amazes me how on some of the lifts, the more fatigues I get, the more my form improves.

    Rested a lot between every round. My hands are like hamburger meat. I found that a 35 pound bar and 15 pound plates was the only way I could get a hook-grip without the open spots on my hand rubbing on the knurling like a cheese grater. I think Hudson did this too.

    OK, so it’s rather humiliating to post that right below Russell, who’s apologizing for only getting 17+2 due to hands…but then again, it’s only week 3!

    12 + 7. Kat, we look like we are saying a prayer in squat position. LOL
    I agree today was ruff and I have a difficult time not using my arms. Josh was trying his hardest to get it through my thick head, but my habits are hard to break. I will add this to the list of “needs work” exercises.

    Sprints: with 10#vest: 40yards x 10sets (rest = fast walk back to starting line)

    I’m not very happy with those numbers. Really felt like I should have been able to get to at least 10 rounds. I suppose 2 cups of coffee is not a good choice for a pre-workout snack…….
