Opposite of Justing, I think I probably started off a little slow on the PS to make sure form was proper. Still amazes me how on some of the lifts, the more fatigues I get, the more my form improves.
Rested a lot between every round. My hands are like hamburger meat. I found that a 35 pound bar and 15 pound plates was the only way I could get a hook-grip without the open spots on my hand rubbing on the knurling like a cheese grater. I think Hudson did this too.

I agree today was ruff and I have a difficult time not using my arms. Josh was trying his hardest to get it through my thick head, but my habits are hard to break. I will add this to the list of “needs work” exercises.
I’m not very happy with those numbers. Really felt like I should have been able to get to at least 10 rounds. I suppose 2 cups of coffee is not a good choice for a pre-workout snack…….
