    Should have mentioned this is my PR since its the first time to do it as rx’ed. I think I did 45# last time, 18 inches on box jumps, and I scaled WB to the silver plus rather than the black x.

    Lunch WOD.
    Place new sharp chain, oil, gas — destroy privet and sweetgum trees for time. = 2 hours

    Evening WOD
    Cut and drag about 5 tons of said trees…..burn. Can’t wait!

    FGB as rx’d

    I had a hard time keeping count myself while doing this vigorous workout, but I got somewhere close to 199 as compared to 183 the last time and I’m pretty sure it was somewhat scaled the last time.
    The push presses slowed me down the most…think I was trying to do a push jerk instead. I’m just glad it’s over with, I’ve been dreading it all week! 🙂

    21 burpees
    400m run 16:ish we started two timers in case one of them failed, and me having my luck both timers failed. Last I looked I was at 12 min at the beging of burpees on the last round. stayed pretty consistant so we are saying 16:ish

    3 x 3 shoulder press = 65 – 75 – 80 (2)
    3 x 3 back squat = 125 – 145 – 165 – 170(2)
    AMRAP in 10 min
    5 clapping push ups
    5 30″ box jumps
    5 KBS @ 24kg
    6 rounds + 5 push ups + 5 box jumps
