    Katherine: Thank you so much for organizing last night’s get together! What a GREAT turnout! I hate that I didn’t get a chance to mingle more with some of the ladies I still don’t know. Can’t wait to do it again.

    Hate to miss this workout, but I’ve been having neck and shoulder issues since Monday and it’s almost worse today than it’s been the rest of this week. So, visiting my Chiro after work. Hopefully I’ll be back by this weekend or Monday.

      Ditto on the dinner!!! How nice to know that there are almost 30 other women that kick booty like the women at the 430 class do!!!!

      I DEF think this would be a great monthly soiree…and, I hope to see the best picture of the night, that Tracey took, as tomorrow’s pic of the day!!

      And, ditto on the neck. Back to the chiro this morning, and will know more on how I feel after that…Maybe doing yesterday’s WOD wasn’t the best idea after all.

      Oh, and NICE rope climb Amanda Howard!! Lookin’ good!!

    I tallied with chalk 9rds +11, but it may have been 8rds +11; I was paced around Tony and he was right at 8 rds…who knows….regardless, that was a heavy breathin WOD!!!

    Oh, and then AMRAP in 20minutes, keep up with Kohana- 4rds of ‘eating lunch’, playing with Sadie, and drawing with chalk on the floor….
