Hate to miss this workout, but I’ve been having neck and shoulder issues since Monday and it’s almost worse today than it’s been the rest of this week. So, visiting my Chiro after work. Hopefully I’ll be back by this weekend or Monday.

I tallied with chalk 9rds +11, but it may have been 8rds +11; I was paced around Tony and he was right at 8 rds…who knows….regardless, that was a heavy breathin WOD!!!
