    SWOD: 5×3 Power Clean, Power Clean and Jerk the last rep of each set, rest 5-10 min then:
    DWOD: With continuous running clock, 7 Rounds of:
    1 min row for calories, during second minute 5 Plyo Pushup, 10 KBS @ 2 pood

    SWOD: 135
    DWOD: 137 (23, 20, 19, 18, 18, 17, 17) KBS scaled to 1.5 pood

    Jeff wanted me to let you guys know that their gym is having an open house this weekend to celebrate their first year.

    On the other hand, I went by the building today and found out that our move-in has been pushed back about another two weeks…. good old warehouse! We will have an grand opening one of these days.

    Crossfit Sydney

    They follow the mainsite, so today was Nancy. The coach wanted me to find a weight that I could do all 5 sets of the OHS unbroken. I went with 30 kg, and could have gone a little higher. I felt strong today.

    5 rounds:
    400m run
    15 OHS @ 30kg (=66lbs, 90lbs is rx)

    Good post wod core workout.

    Looking forward to doing this again on Tuesday at CFHSV as rx.
