95 pound Ground to overhead, 10 reps
200 yard Shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice

    What I want to know is….is there a mirror on this globo gym ceiling? 🙂 I never really worked out before Crossfit…but is that even normal?

    I am in mcall Idaho opening a pizzeria for a client and vistied there local cf. the wod today was 21-15-9- of box job,kb,SHDL,witha 400 meter run or 500meter row in between. Very nice people and good training,but i have to say we are all very lucky to have the trainers we have and especially russell.The trainers were good but not on the same level of ours. We have some of the best in the world. O and there 7am class is much nicer then ours.

    OMG!!! I was just talking to Gus about last night’s WOD and I realized that I was doing 10 back squats instead of 7 the entire time!!! So that means that my 5 rounds plus 8 squats could have been at least 6 rounds plus something…LOL. This is the second time I’ve done this on a WOD! Oh and BTW, where are my 5:30 girls–Emily and Tracy?!?!?!

    4:55 as rx’d – Thanks to Tommy for pushing me on that last sprint to help me get sub 5. I screwed up the snatches on the first round by dropping them and lost time because of that, but I figured it out for the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Good WOD. I liked it.

    Funny moment from 7AM class: I brought my girls with me this morning and they didn’t see where I went for the 400M warm up, so when I got back, they were crying. I had to laugh. Does that make me sick? I guess they were missing their daddy. 🙂

    If you didn’t make it, be sure to catch us next month! It’s a great way to get to know ech other outside the gym…and to learn to recognize your fellow crossfitters when they aren’t drenched in sweat 🙂

    3:37 – need to do more shuttle run type things. Ran hard but held back due to perceived need to pace but since this is the first time with a shuttle run in a long, long time I’d like to experiment with running efforts to try to find the right mix of pacing and exertion. — this is the type of crap that makes crossfit fun
