With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Did this one yesterday – 20 minutes completed. Pussed out and didn’t even try for any reps during minute 21. Stomach felt kind of upset yesterday and felt it after kipping through a total of 205 pull-ups.
A few hours earlier – 3×3 Back squat at 305 ( failed on last rep of last set ), 3×3 Bench at 185 , probably too light and should have gone up to around 200.

I struggled with this workout. I couldn’t get good rhythm so my arms were forced to do the majority of work. That only worked for few rounds and then it got ugly very fast.
12 minutes and 7 reps the new bars really grip your hands but I’m sure they’ll be slicked up in no time.

I guess I could have worked through the pain, but I’d like to retain the ability to palm a beer bottle. Walking around with meat hanging from my paws isn’t appealing to my girlfriend either 😀

Even with taped hands that bar is MURDER on your hands! Taped ripped off around round 12 or 13. Some small blisters, but nothing like Clint’s rips— those were the worst I’ve seen! Props to Clint for pushing through the pain. I took a photo of his hands using his iphone. Really gnarly. Definitely post-worthy!

Fri: 100 box jumps on a 20″ bench on a playground – 5:13
Last time I did this I did the 24″ box in 7:24- my third xfit workout last October.
Will wait a week and then do it on the 24″ box to see if my time has really improved that much!!
