24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps
30 Pull-ups

    2 rounds + 28 box jumps. Will and I had a 20 second delay due to limited boxes……but when Russell called stop, I think we were both too tired to remember. Speaking of Russell, he demolished Helen today. Impressive stuff. Congrats to everybody for not scraping their shins on the box jumps.

    2 rounds + 30 box jumps, 20 push presses, 11 pullups
    3rd round of push presses was pretty rough. I had to break them into sets of 4 and that slowed me down.

    4 rounds even. Felt rough after yesterday. Next weekned is going to crush us.

    The PP slowed me down a lot until I figured out what I was doing – I started squeezing my shoulders tight and “popping” the bar out of the bottom like Coach Rip teaches the Shoulder press and doubled my rep speed.
