3rd round of push presses was pretty rough. I had to break them into sets of 4 and that slowed me down.
4 rounds even. Felt rough after yesterday. Next weekned is going to crush us.
The PP slowed me down a lot until I figured out what I was doing – I started squeezing my shoulders tight and “popping” the bar out of the bottom like Coach Rip teaches the Shoulder press and doubled my rep speed.
