30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

    Impressive 7:00am class! Awesome muscle ups! Unfortunately I ALMOST got a muscle-up. Got several with a little boost on the back from Russell but couldn’t get it on my own! UGH!!! FRUSTRATING! Next week! Gotta keep working on it!

    Enjoyed getting to work with Brandon, too! Great intensity and dedication!

    17 in 40 minutes with 9 fails tossed in. Russell said no more than 40 minutes or risk of injury goes way up – I agree. Great job Larry and all others who completed!! Goal is completion next time!

    -average about 53 seconds per round.
    -short little smoker of a WOD

    Karen….you will be a MU goddess very soon i’m sure….I remember the days of no pull ups Karen.

    Enjoyed our new friend Brandon from ATL. He carried great energy and enthusiasm.

    Still no MU’s for me either… I need to get stronger in my dip first, so worked on CTB Pullups and deep ring dips.
