Really torn up the hands. Tears in palms, proximal phalanx and now blisters in the finger tips.
My 1″ hobo pull up bar is evil. Got to come up with another bar or pad it somehow.
Hands were tore up from the other day. Pullups were painful. Would have been faster if I had taken care of my hands… I hope… I’m blaming my crappy time on that anyway. 🙂

Ran into the same problem Will had…the skin on my left hand tore off and made the last round pretty awful. Still excited to be doing “real” pull-ups though!

Worked out at CF St Petersburg on Thurs. Did the 20min AMRAP 115# hang cleans (full squat), 12 ring dips, 21 situps. Cleans were tough. 5 rounds +7 cleans.
Joined with my friends from CF Revoltion on Friday and entered a 5K trail race. It was 90+ deg despite being 7pm. Ran well. Came from behind to beat the crew. Finished in about 24:40
Back in HSV on Monday. See you guys then.
