Good luck to everyone at regionals.

31:04…with some mods–18in box, 16lb ball Still trying to get back in the game…my back is really week post-baby. argh.

  8. Katherine Berger says:

Just heard from the guys at the games…Huntsville is kicking ass! Russell, Zac, and Kevin have all finished the first WOD and Garth is up currently. Can’t remember the exact scores but all three are close with Russell leading for the moment. First WOD was sprint and deadlifts. I will update later if the guys don’t do it themselves!

  9. Daniel says:

Awesome! I checked the dirty south website. I didn’t see any results there, but maybe I couldn’t find it.

  10. Nathan Judge says:

    28:32. freakin wall ball shots

  11. Max says:

    Hi all. Fantastic site.

CrossFitter from Tupelo, MS here. Just logged in to wish your affliate well with the regionals, I’m sure it will do well.

Because we don’t have a CrossFit affliate here in Mississippi I enjoy checking out various affliate sites. And because you guys pretty much stick to the main site’s WOD, because this site is so well run, and because Russell sets crazy times on all of his WODs it is rare that I’m not on the site checking out the progress…err, pain.

  12. Patrick says:

    Filthy 50
27:30 sub’d Tuck Jumps for Double Unders

  13. Katherine Berger says:

Results look like they will be up later this evening…I saw the Mid-Atlantic results are up currently but Dirty South just got finished so it might be a few hours. Every one of our CrossFit Huntsville members has done amazingly well and it looks like Russell is in first place currently (hell yeah!!!) and Kevin and Zac are in the top 20…not sure about Garth’s position since he had just finished. Check the regional site for full information!

  14. Craig Herr says:

I just talked with Zak and Huntsville is representing!! Russell is killing it and looks like he will be very tough to catch. The wod for Sunday looks brutal.

  15. klowe says:

    RUSSELL IS DOMINATING THESE GAMES!!!

I think he is so far ahead of everyone else that he is mathematically going to California.

Very proud of him! We all should be. We have a great leader.

Zac, Garth, and I are holding our own. Nothing really “great” about any of our performances but we are doing well. I think us four guys have put CrossFit Huntsville on the “map”.

Our good friends from CF Dahlanega are also doing really well. Sean (headband) and his wife are both in the top 7. Sean is second place to Russell.

We are loving it that two “unknowns” are in first and second.

Awesome guys. Keep up the hard work. Post your times to our website if you get a chance.

  17. Daniel says:

Hey max. Welcome. Come and work out with us whenever you are in town.

    32:39 with modifications

Had to stop at 10 knees to elbows because the strain on my neck muscles caused my severe headaches to come back.
Did 30 push presses with 35lb bar and then switched to 22 lb bar for the last 20 because my head was about to explode.
    10lb wall ball.

51:45 Got really dizzy and sick during this one. Not sure if it was the breakfast choice, but had to take a lot of time just not getting sick.
