Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

    117 Reps @ 165#’s. Got more pullups on my last set than on the first simply because my kipping technique was getting better.

    88 reps @ 105lbs. Did workout solo at D1. I used tubing(skiniest) for pull ups. I wasnt feeling it today!

    Beach workout #5

    4 rounds:
    400m
    50 air squats

    Down and back to the end of a cul de sac. Turns out it was closer to 1.3 miles overall.

    Me 16:04, Armin 15:45, Paul 15:50, Rhonda 17:20

    One more workout tomorrow morning before driving home. Any suggestions???

    155# 16/25 – 12/20 – 7/15 – 7/18 – 7/20 = 147
    PR by a bunch.

    105# 10/12, 5/16, 4/11, 4/16, 2/18 = 98. Shoulder has been troubled since last time we did this workout. Several factors led to less than stellar performance – HORRIBLE sleep & lack of nutrition are the main ones (No Russell, not too many chocolate chip cookies – just nothing at the house to eat but a cup of Greek yogurt).

    5 sets – 15X 36kg KB deadlift and squat therapy.

    This afternoon, did workout with boys adapted from Crossfit Kids – 7 rounds – 200m run + 7 airsquats for time – Karen 9:45, Jake 10:33, Alex 12:09. Worked on figuring out POSE. Kids are new to working out and I am just terrible at running.

    @185# 16/25-12/20-8/20-7/15-6/16 = 145 I was upset about dropping by 5 reps until I found out that I’ve dropped 5lbs since last time. I’m currently 176 and I used 185. I also think that last time I had more rest between sets.

    112 at 175#. Pullups were better but my bench was lousy. Probably from yesterday’s workout

    11/15 – 7/12 – 5/12 – 5/15 – 4/14 = 32/58 = 90 Total Reps @ 75#

    Improvement by 23 reps and 5 lbs.

    15 linked Pull-ups is also a PR for me

    I lost my sheet of paper with numbers on it. I know…I owe 25KTE since I don’t have a notebook.

    Lynne @ 190 – 151 or so…. (25 off from PR)

    Just felt tired and grip strength was gone due to DT

    8/10, 7/8, 6/7, 4/7, 4/6

    We did this at the 430 class with no rest. Probably should factor in at least a few minutes but we were in a hurrry. 🙂

    I suck at kipping.

    93 @ 85# = 12/16 7/21 5/7 5/9 5/6

    20 linked pull ups (+ 1 more) new PR!

    Thought I was way below my last “Lynne” score (77) because my bench reps felt so low… but ended up beating old record with pull ups… once I figure out how to manage the blisters on my palms I should be ready for more….

    As Rx’d @155 lbs. Total=86

    This is way down from the last time (111), and I’m not sure why. My arms were just out of gas on both exercieses.
