    Did this one with Kevin’s help and Bench-press coaching, since I’ve never benched outside of body weight CF workouts.

    235 x 1
    195 x 7 ( then 3 more at 185)
    225 x 1 (needed a bump, so did 215)
    170 x 14 ( then finished at 165)
    215 x 1 ( needed a bump, so did 205)
    145 x 16 ( dropped to 135 to finish)

    This was pretty difficult. Felt fairly weak due to some tendinitis in both elbows that showed up after the first single. Lots of muscle failure here. Very little room to muscle through the reps.

    Broke up the 20s and 30s a little bit. They were a lot heavier than I thought they would be.

    135×27 20 sec rest then finished the other three. I feel i should have been heavier on my set of 20. Oh well
