well, well, well………….i finally met Mary! Good points and bad. Scaled to 3 head to floor, 6 ring asstd, 9 = 11 rounds+9. Good was HSPU and left leg pistols, bad was right leg pistols and broken pullups after round 2. What’s up with the right leg???

Re-injured the right bicep on round 5 pull ups after weeks of rehab. Something is for sure not right with that arm. Pissed. Was on pace to hit 10 rounds scaling the pistols with post support. HSPU felt great unbroken and PU’s were going about the same until round 5…..
Justin is on fire these days. Wish I could have seen 12 rounds RXd. Awesome.

Handstands are coming along well. Rowing felt like crap today. Kept a 1:31 pace on the first interval then went all to hell after that.

First time doing “Mary”. HSPU were all strict and unbroken except for the last round I had to go 3+2. “Greasing the Groove” works.
