    10 x 10 yard Flying Starts (30 seconds rest)

    *Take 10 yards to accelerate for Flying Starts

    40-20-15
    only got through 4 rounds plus 47 reps. Scaling for intensity sucked. I loved it. Completely depleted at the end. Travel+poor diet+scaling for intensity = me almost meeting pukie.

    Scaled to 30-20-10, finished at 15:58. I’ve got to get better at doing double unders correctly. Might as well have been doing tuck jumps with a rope.

    Attempted this one as rx’d… in 15:00 I completed 3 rounds + 56 reps of the 4th round. Box jumps were a biatch!

    Scaled – 15 lunges with OH dumbell shoulder press for DU’s (umm.. OUCH!), step ups for box jumps, and 20 12kg KB swings. 14:10. Was a burner….
