Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

    My overhead strength really screws up my OHS. I think it has something to do with an old shoulder injury. Whatever it is, it sucks.

    BS 255X was an attempt to do high bar position squat with low bar form. The anterior lean of 30-45 degrees I need for a low bar squat crushed me forward onto my toes. Leaving me in the hole with a weight that I knew could be lifted struggling to get the weight back in balance over the mid-foot.
    Note to self: Making “on the fly” form changes at weights above 80% 1RM is a bad idea.

    Where was this back squat on CF Total day? OHS squat felt much more stable compared to the last time we did 1RM.

    Legs were toast by the time I got to the back squat. I PR’d by 60# on my OHS and either 20# or 10# on my FS, not sure which.

    Home Gym:

    three rounds:
    800m run
    15 deadlifts @ 225lbs

    = 18:30 paced (or gamed) the deadlifts. Didn’t want to get my back too tired a week out from the games.
