    Come in and move around. Nothing strenuous .:)

    GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! I hate that I’m not gonna be there. My Ella is competing in a dance competition in Atlanta, so My priority is of course her.
    I am so proud of all the work and practice everyone has put in for this throw down.
    I know all of you are better crossfitters for it.
    Now go and kick some bootay , with a friendly smile;)
    My better half will be there to lead you into VICTORY!

    Did my first (wall assisted) handstand in 20 years. WHOOT!
