    Meant for this to be a strength workout and I wasn’t disappointed, the HSPU had to be broken up into singles.

    Finally got a muscle-up today!!

    In an amazing display of self-discipline after reading that article, I did not grab a baseball bat and smash everything in sight, or begin projectile vomitting in disgust.

    The fact that the operators did not hang the accused’s burned and mutilated body off a bridge over the Euphrates is a testament to their discipline and self control. Many of the Blackwater operators are former Spec-Ops, including SEALs. I’m sure the desire for payback is strong. This P.O.S. got off easy. The charges against these operators should go away.
