250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
25 Box jumps, 30 inch box
50 Pull-ups
100 Wallball shots, 20 pounds, 10′
200 Double-unders
Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate

Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall, 30, from the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI), based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving as a member of the 1 PPCLI Battle Group was killed by an improvised explosive device that detonated during a joint foot patrol near the village of Nakhonay in Panjwaii District, about 25 km southwest of Kandahar City on December 23, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Ethel Jane Nuttall.

    This wod is aptly named! Great energy this morning too! Toughest part of this wod was the mental challenge of the 100 WBS and 200 DUs back to back. This definitely improved my DUs though. My shoulders were so taxed when I got to the DUs, it forced me to use my wrists.

    Crazy 8’s for us today…and just blasted hot. Jumped back up around 110 or so…and dusty (shock). My scaling reflected…
    8 rounds for time:
    8 pullups, assisted
    8 kettle bell swings, 1.5 pd
    8 atomic situps
    8 incline pushups
    8 knees to elbows
    8 ring dips, assisted
    8 SDLHP, 75#
    8 squat jumps

    Got through 5.75 rounds at 45 min cutoff

    100 single unders
    115# deadlift 15 reps( trying to be quicker out of the bottom while maintaining good form)
    for five rounds…I messed up my time clock, so I have no idea.
    Still giving my pec muscle a rest!:(
