13 seconds faster than tuesday. second run felt very slow. KBS wreck my running. I was planning to make it into the gym, but since it was a repeat of Tuesday’s workout I decided to do it again at home. Same conditions to compare time.
Over 3 minutes slower than tuesday. Burpees unbroken in about 3:30, situps unbroken, kb 20/10/10/10, pullups in 5 sets. All of the extra time was in handstand pushups. Started them at just over 10 minutes. Tuesday I had them done in under a minute, today they took almost 5 minutes.

I was really debating if I should tackle this WOD at lunch and then go over to CF Impulse to train for the FF Combat Challenge w/ Jordan tonight. I figure that is a dumb idea so close to competition, so I will make this one up tomorrow at work.
As for the articles… I’m just glad we stopped the moonshiners so we can move on to raiding those filthy criminals who own milk cattle. STUPID!
Also, maybe we should keep the toys and ban happy meals. Just a thought.
When I was little my family rarely ate out….so a happy meal was a BIG deal to me and it was something I only got as a “reward”. I think parents use it as a daily meal now…which is the problem.
Trying to get pumped for this WOD (again) ……ick.

loved the workout in this order! I don’t know why but did SO much better & felt so much better today than Tuesday… 26:19 on Tuesday but today I got 21:39! Woot woot!

Not a bad time but not great. I hate to complain about a time that matches the best on the Main-site but I felt sluggish, worn-out and had to break everything up a lot more than usual. I think going ultra-hard for three days in a row just breaks me down so much that I need 2-3 rest days in a row. I’m going to stick to some simple strength stuff this weekend and try to recover a little more.

This was much harder in this order than the other order. My arms were shot for HSPU.

KBS: 25, 25
Pullups: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
HSPU: singles, except a few kipping doubles. Started kipping at #6.
I think I got through pullups in the 11th minute. Finished 24:26. My arms were shot.

Working late today, so had to miss class tonight….sux! Knocked out a 40 minute row during lunch today, though.
Day 6 of strict Zone….feeling great! Almost slapped a coworker that came around with Krispy Kremes today tho. 🙂
We have an old “snack lady” in my office that brings in scones, cookies, cake…..you name it. She sets it down like 5 feet from me……so I stare and smell it ALL day. It does get easier…..I promise. Although…..I am missing cheese right now……I would smack a fool for a hunk of stilton right now!!!! 🙂
Run the Krispy Kreme challenge this year. It’ll cure you from ever wanting to eat them again. Just the smell makes me nauseated.

Made it to the HSPU at 10 minutes. Burpees unbroken, sit-ups unbroken, KB swings 30-10-10, pull-ups 11-9-10-10, HSPU 30 singles.
disappointed. Thought I would beat Tues time, I thought this order was easier but I screwed up on my KBS and used too much shoulder which fatigued them for the PU’s

20 pullups again tonight. Left hand ripped on rep 19……bled all over myself but I finished!!! I have freakishly sweaty hands so the tape didn’t last.

32:30 as rx’d. Took 17:00 to do HSPU but I finished them. Arms were totally smoked at that point.
