Tag-team Workout
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
1.5 pood Kettlebell Turkish Get-up, 2 reps per arm
1.5 pood Kettlebell snatch, 4 reps per arm
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 12 reps
Only one person may work at a time. After the workout begins, the Kettlebell may not touch the floor. If it does, the current round starts back at the first TGU.
Post team, rounds, and fractions of rounds completed to comments.
This workout should help some of you feel a little more prepared for the Kettlebell event in the Faction games next weekend. Practice!
Kyle/Garrett 1 Pood. 7rds + 15. We went 1 pood to speed up the TGU’s, but it was too light for everything else. Probably should have toughed it out Rx’d. Great WOD to feel a little more prepared for the Faction games.
I agree. The snatches and swings were too light, but the TGU would have been much tougher with 1.5. I was okay with going light on the other stuff to speed it up a bit.
nothing wrong with using different KB’s for different movements on this one.
I love how every picture of me attempting to perform DU’s illustrates everything one should not do while doing DU’s.

How long is that rope? It looks like its at least 12 feet long…

We’re in the same boat as Garret and Kyle… we probably should have toughed it out with the 1.5’s, but we got a good workout. Next time it’s as rx’d.
Yeah the TGUs would have grinded out with 1.5, especially on the good ol’ lefty. Definitely a good workout though.
