1.5 pood Kettlebell Turkish Get-up, 2 reps per arm
1.5 pood Kettlebell snatch, 4 reps per arm
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 12 reps
Only one person may work at a time. After the workout begins, the Kettlebell may not touch the floor. If it does, the current round starts back at the first TGU.
