I haven’t squat cleaned since 101. I could barely air squat when I started, and now I can squat clean with weight on the bar. Pretty cool. Thanks for a great class Mandee!
Good WOD. I spent everything on the HSCs and actually hit 235lbs once, which matches my max clean. I’ve got work to do on my squat clean, I shouldn’t be able to match my HSC to it. hmmm….
