Syd the Kid! I’m not surprised at all that Sydney is keeping with her workouts at home in the driveway. She’s one driven young lady that loves a challenge and her fight, and smile, are contagious. The Kalanges are what makes CFHSV what it is. Great family!

Had no idea it was Friday until I read your post. We did it CFHSV. Another week in the books. Hell of a job! Impressive 2 mile run again Clair! And of course you got your strength in too…strong!

A. 95# for 3-2-1. 115# for 1-1. That was a PR for the hangs but they weren’t pretty.
B. 10:36 but had to scale to 65# and weighted sit-ups for the t2b.
I guess you got me motivated for today Nate so no need for the eggs!
