Hello to everyone!! Did CFHSV WOD part A from Wednesday at Fire station. Forgot my tennis shoes, squatted in my work boots and forgot my knee supports! I must be getting old.

Starting the morning off right! Cooled down overnight, got in a solid WOD, wearing my t-shirt from the 100th Boston Marathon, and law enforcement popped one of the bombers to boot with the brother on the run!
