Complete the following for time in any order and part ion as necessary:
50 Overhead Walking Lunges 45/35 plate (55 and over 35/25 plate)
50 hip extensions
50 ab-mat sit-ups unanchored
50 toes to bar
Score = total time to complete everything minus 4 minutes of rest
