I went home last night and ran 3.5 miles. I didn’t feel right saying I worked out, given what I witnessed with John last night. That was incredible! Glad to see someone from the gym make it into the second round!
Although I will say that when he hit 90 reps and everyone started screaming, I thought time was up so I dropped off the bar. I think I could have had 2 more reps in me for a 60 :).
