A 16 minutes to establish a 1RM power clean and a 500m row best time

B. For Time:

250m row

30 power cleans  95/65   RX+ 115/80  (MRX  65/45)

30 toes to bar

500m row

20 power cleans  115/80   RX+ 135/95  (MRX  75/55)

20 toes to bar

250m row

10 power cleans  135/95   RX+ 155/105   (MRX  95/65)

10 toes to bar

**athlete is responsible for changing load each power clean iteration**

C. Core Training:

30 reverse rower tucks

    – Great warm-up Kodi! I absolutely enjoy working out wth these two studs! That wod was such a grinder! Having them on each side was such a driving force in completing that workout! Keep it up you animals!

    Boy Howdy do I miss those 3 studs carrying their briefcases. 500m Row = 1:36.9 – on a damper of 5
    Power Clean: 215lbs – That felt pretty good too, but not ready for more yet. You can see my excitement on Snap Chat
    WOD as RXd = 14:14 – It hurt, but starting to get used to the hurt at least a little bit again. Not sure if I like it or ready for all the hurt to come back yet.
