    Teddy showing off not only his strength, but his grit and determination too. There aren’t enough words to describe how great this man is. Teddy is positive, energetic, kind and friendly. He’s a super hard working individual, both in and out of the gym. He’s dedicated to his health and fitness, and he rarely misses an opportunity to throw down at 3:15. He’s got an infectious smile and genuine disposition, and it’s always a treat to have him in class. So proud to have Teddy at CFHSV! Keep after it, Teddy! 😁

    The Man, the Myth, the Legend…Teddy! If Teddy ain’t in the back corner then it must not be 3:15. Not only is Teddy consistent in his training but what’s much more impressive is that he’s the same person every day. He’s positive, he’s got a smile that’ll stop train, and he’s genuinely friendly. It’s a treat to have someone like that. Teddy goes hard and he goes smart. He’s all about maintaining and longevity and it’s a beautiful thing. Nothing but respect for Teddy and his partner in crime Caleb. We can never have enough family’s CrossFitting together at CFHSV. Keep it up Teddy!
