WOD:

A. Jerk Training: Alternating between back rack and front rack for each set:

3 – 3 – 2 – 2 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1   E2MOM

B. 2 minute Sprint AMRAPs:

5 barbell push-ups

5 deadlift   95/65  RX+ 135/95   (55 and over 75/55)

5 hang power clean   95/65  RX+ 135/95   (55 and over 75/55)

5 shoulder to overhead   95/65  RX+ 135/95   (55 and over 75/55)

rest 1 minute

Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 cycles. Start back where you finished on 2 minute AMRAP.

SCORE = total rounds and reps for all four 2 min AMRAPs

    I love CFHSV! The program and the facilities are great out here but the absolute best parts about CFHSV are my coaches and my friends. The classes would be long and horrible without all my friends to lean on and I definitely couldn’t keep coming without Mandee, Nathan, and Kodi helping me stay motivated and keep good form. Thank you coaches and friends!
