Cool Down: 5-10 minutes of any of the following: stretching, flexibility, mobility, myofascial release/rolling out
Hey all, there is a new iOS app out for crossfitters called SugarWOD. It looks very cool and it’s very social, …and it’s free. You can track your WODs and (if you want) post your results to the Crossfit Huntsville whiteboard (which won’t get erased). I might make the switch from myWod.
always looking for a good way to track workouts outside of just my notebook. Thanks for letting us know. I have downloaded and will start using it.
