TEAM WOD:
“Team Angie with a 1.5 mile run”
In teams of 2 complete the following in order:
100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups (ab-mat unanchored)
100 air squats (to a wall ball)
not in order:
1.5 mile run
*RULES* Only one person can do the pull ups, push ups, sit ups, and air squats at a time. However, the run can be accomplished while the other teammate is accomplishing the pull ups, push ups, sit ups and air squats.
I nominate serif Hedges to do the run portion!
