There’s been a lot of workouts shared by these three over the years. Best part of CrossFit besides being healthy and fit is meeting people, creating friendships, and cultivating those friendships through sweat, effort, and recovery. These boys know how to recover. Three great men and friends to each other and others. Keep Rollin boys cause the cold beer’s waiting.

That’s a solid looking team right there! By themselves, each of these men are polite, respectful and compliant athletes. But get them together, and let me tell you, you’ve got your hands full! 🙂
Nothing better than friends whose mere presence makes you smile and feel at home, no matter where you are. These guys know how to laugh, how to joke, how to celebrate and how to support. An awesome example of true friendship at its finest. Keep keeping us on our toes, dudes 🙂
