A. In 15 minutes, achieve a 20RM hang power snatch

B. 6 rounds for time of:

5 hang power snatch 115/75  (55 and over 95/55)

6 toes to bar

7 box jumps or step-ups  24″/20″

1 rope climb  15′   (55 and over 10′)
