Man those Right Arm C & Js were tough with the R Side and R arm. Gotta (that’s country talk) learn to adjust and compensate. No excuses, just learning.

All unbroken and paced around 2:30 a round. Never chalked up or stopped, just methodical movement. Did DB KBS style Cleans and drop from top to swing. Have fun as I like this WOD.
