Man I’m so sore. Eric or Big E has a double dose of muscles. They just jump out at you when he walks by. I wish I had 10% of the muscles he has. I’ve known Eric for over 10 years now and he’s been one of those guys who has kept priorities in order. He loves his family. Works hard and is as nice and honest as anyone I know. CrossFit Huntsville has been home to me for over ten years now. I consider myself blessed to have so many good friends who care about their fineness, health and the community. I will be absent for sometime to heal a back injury from a slip on the ice this past week.
